How far ahead should a group pilgrimage be booked?
To secure the best lodging and liturgical slots, we recommend contacting us eight to twelve months before departure.

How are the prices of your tours calculated?
Our prices are built to measure, from group size, the lodging category chosen and the level of logistical service wanted.
Do your prices fall with group size?
Yes, our prices are degressive: the price per person moves with group size. What never moves is the level of service: we adjust the quote, never the quality of what your client lives.
Group size and languages
What is the minimum group size?
We work from ten participants up, and we look at premium requests for smaller numbers. There is no maximum.
Which languages do your guides work in?
Our network of guides and couriers works in more than twenty languages.
Spiritual guidance and liturgy
Can you arrange private masses in the sanctuaries?
Yes. We book the chapels and celebration slots in the major sites, above all at the Sanctuary of Lourdes and the Basilica of Lisieux.
Can we meet local Christian communities?
Yes. Our ties with the dioceses and local communities allow moments of exchange and sharing during the stay.
Safety and logistics
What safety guarantees apply to school groups?
We select only licensed carriers and lodging that meets the safety and accessibility rules in force for minors.
How do you handle the unexpected on site?
A group courier can travel with you if the agency wishes, to settle the unexpected on site. Otherwise these are generally settled in real time.
