The data we collect
Quote request. The quote form collects the characteristics of your travel project (group type and purpose, number of participants and supervising staff, dates or period considered, number of nights, accommodation and meal level, room allocation, transport, estimated budget), the name of your agency or tour operator, the contact name, your professional email address, the group’s country of origin and, if you wish, an attached program or itinerary (10 MB at most) and additional information.
Contact. The contact form collects your first and last name, email address, phone number, the subject and the content of your message.
Technical data. While you browse, our hosting provider and our security tool record technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamp). Our audience measurement collects traffic data described below.
This website offers no user accounts, no comments and no newsletter subscription.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare a quote: this is the purpose of both forms. This processing rests on the steps you take by writing to us.
- To keep the website secure and running: technical logs and intrusion protection. This processing rests on our legitimate interest in protecting the website.
- To measure website traffic in order to improve its content. This processing rests on your consent.
Who receives your data
Requests sent through the forms reach the EXOD Agency team by email. They are also stored in the website’s database, so that none is lost. For a quote request or a message, an acknowledgement is sent to the address you provided.
The following technical providers are involved: our hosting provider PlanetHoster (Laval, Quebec, Canada); Google, for Google Analytics 4 audience measurement; Cookiez, the cookie consent tool published by Elementor.
Your data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
The website is hosted in Canada, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection. Google’s services involve transfers to the United States, covered by the safeguards provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation.
How long we keep it
- Quote and contact requests are kept for 24 months from the last exchange with you.
- Technical logs are kept for the limited period needed for website security.
- Audience measurement data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics, then deleted or aggregated.
Cookies and trackers
The website sets cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, including the one that remembers your cookie choice. Google Analytics 4 audience measurement sets cookies that identify your browser pseudonymously. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline this audience measurement. You can change this choice at any time through the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object, as well as the right to withdraw your consent to audience measurement at any time. To exercise them, write to welcome@exod-agency.com or by post to the address above. We may ask you to prove your identity.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL).
Security
Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). The website is protected by an application firewall and its components are monitored. Access to the requests received is restricted to the EXOD Agency team.

This policy may change along with the website. The date at the top of the page shows its last update.
